International exhibition for the food-processing industry SIAL China is held annually. For the first time the exhibition was organised in 2000. In spite of the small term of carrying out, the event has proved as the major for experts of the food-processing industry, manufacturers of packing material and equipment for processing of foodstuff and drinks. The main question of lay-outs of the exhibition and seminars SIAL China annually are sanitary norms, materials and the equipment for hygiene of premises and equipment for food manufacture. At  SIAL China seminars and conferences  experts study the level of synthetic substances and chemical compounds additives of drinks for revealing of especially problem zones of the food-processing industry. At the exhibition ready both ripe fruit and vegetables, dietary production, pasta, rice, sauces and spices also will be presented.

                          

Visitors of the exhibition SIAL China can familiarise with the menu of the international restaurants and services of trading associations who will represent their production. The exhibition is intended for the professionals who are engaged in food production and for culinary specialists-fans. In a current of 3 days they can familiarise with novelties in the sphere of goods and services of food branch from the leading companies of the countries of Europe and Asia. The organizers give to businessmen favorable business atmosphere where mutually advantageous contacts for export and import of production presented on a large-scale exposition of the exhibition are succesfully concluded.
