Over the past few years, Systems has developed into an exhibition with a clear-cut profile: It is where the ICT industry «goes to work,» and it addresses decision-makers in small and medium-sized enterprises and major corporations alike. Systems addresses rapidly growing regions within a radius of some 500 kilometers from Munich. During the past few years it has developed into one of the most important hubs between east and west for the ICT sector — particularly for the new EU member nations.Systems features a number of innovative orientation aids such as advance registration and guided tours. As a result, the visitors who attended Systems 2008 reported an average of 10 business appointments per day.
These trends — focusing on specific themes, guiding visitors to exhibitors’ stands and making open communication platforms available — are being continued as Systems continues to evolve into a business program.
