The international forum VIV Russia 2009 is the place of  meeting for representatives  of the agricultural and the food-processing industries from all over the world, working with cultivation, the maintenance of agricultural animals, manufacture and egg processing, manufacture of forages, the equipment for slaughter, processing of meat raw materials and finished goods manufacture. Consumer attitude and behavior towards food is rapidly changing on a worldwide scale, focusing on health issues including healthier food. Consequently, the importance of delivering fresh and safe meat products with an extended shelf life is increasing. Packaging is becoming more important in the selling process; fresh foods should be conveniently packaged and easy to store.
