AIA 2009 NATIONAL CONVENTION AND DESIGN EXPOSITION, bringing together more than 24,000 architects and building industry professionals. The American Institute of Architect’s annual convention comes to San Francisco in 2009.
The city will serve as the convention’s learning grounds for an exploration into next year’s theme, The Power of Diversity: Practice in a Complex World. Educational seminars and tours will focus on topics such as globalization of practice, new values in design, integrated project delivery, and sustainability.
