RPGC is the 4th Russian Petroleum and Gas Congress. The hydrocarbons complex is the foundation of the Russian economy representing almost 70% of direct foreign investment. Revenues from Russia’s hydrocarbon industry not only replenish the federal budget but also further economic growth, modernise production techniques, encourage innovation and offer solutions to social problems.

The conference has the full support of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the RF, the Ministry of Natural Resources of the RF, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the RF, the Federal Energy Agency of the RF, the State Duma of the RF and the Presidents administration of the RF. 

The Russian Petroleum and Gas Congress, leading Russian Oil and Gas event since 1993 will be dedicated to in- depth discussion of the country’s priorities within Russia’s energy sector with a special focus on the development of Russia’s energy strategy until 2010. You would thus be using Russia ’s most prestigious annual oil and gas event to meet and promote your corporate interests to the central and local government, the national and international business and finance circles and the media.
