PITTI UOMO is the world-known fair of men"s fashion.
The final turnout at PITTI UOMO 2009 came to about 8,700 stores (a fall of 8% with respect to the last summer edition) for a total of more than 18,000 registered buyers. In excess of 30,000 people visited the show over the four days of the event.

   

PITTI UOMO is an event that is steadily expanding into the city and is no longer confined just to the pavilions at the Fortezza da Basso. There is tangible evidence of this trend in Welcome, the new event dedicated to street culture, at the Stazione Leopolda and Pitti Immagine Rooms, the section devoted to contemporary luxury that was presented at the British Institute.
More than 25000 people from Germany, France, Great Britain. Greece, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Spain, the United States gather for this exhibition 2 times a year in Florence.
In January 2010, PITTI UOMO exhibition will take place in the 77 th time.
