53 enterprises took part in the exhibition — manufacturers and traders of controlling and measuring, diagnostic and weight measuring equipment, which work actively at Ukrainian market and represent products of more than 170 enterprises from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Great Britain, Germany, Taiwan, Israel, Poland, the USA, Czechia and Switzerland. At the booths visitors could see activated appliances and devices for measuring of roughness, hardness, tension, temperature, vibration; for dimensional metrology and analysis: muffle furnaces, drying boxes, corrosion resistance testing chambers, for quality testing and control; metrological and verification equipment, devices for non-destructive control and technical diagnostics of equipment and materials, wide range of weight measuring and dozing equipment.
The exposition of State Committee of Ukraine for Technical Regulation and Consumer Policy of Ukraine, formed by 16 regional standardization, metrology and certification centres, State Enterprise Scientific Research Institute “Systema” and Ukrainian Educational R&D Centre of Standardization, Certification and Quality State Enterprise, showed system of technical regulation active in Ukraine, normative documents, services in the sphere of standardization, certification of goods and services and technical regulation. At the booths the experts made consultations for exhibitors and guests of the Forum, demonstrated the newest products of regional enterprises, which were included into State register of measuring means accepted for exploitation in Ukraine. Within the bounds of International Industrial Forum-2008 scientific and practical seminars traditionally took place: "Technologies and Equipment for Non-Destructive Control of Responsible Industrial Objects" organized by Ukrainian Society of Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics, "Legislative and Practical Metrology of Ukraine-2008. Novelties, Tendencies and Prospectives", organized by Ukrainian Educational R&D Centre of Standardization, Certification and Quality State Enterprise.
