Each year, in Chelyabinsk, in support of the Government of the Chelyabinsk region, under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation carried out show «Ural industrial economic Week», organized by the JSC «YuzhUral Expo».

In 2009 «Ural industrial economic Week» will be held for the ninth time. This event brings together South Urals Economic Forum, organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Chelyabinsk region and the specialized exhibition with international participation «Metallurgy», «Mechanical Engineering», «Industrial Ecology».

For the high level of organization, of particular importance to the region"s economy and the expansion of foreign economic relations show «Ural industrial economic Week» Seal won the Russian Union of exhibitions and fairs. «Ural industrial economic Week» is the largest exhibitions in the Ural-Siberian region on the subject.

Every year it was attended by 300 Russian and foreign companies, representing the latest equipment, tools, the latest technology. The permanent exhibition - the largest metallurgical enterprises of the Urals: Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant, Zlatoust Metallurgical Plant, Plant «Magnesite», «Chelyabinsk metallurgical combine», «Izhstal», «Beloretsk Iron and Steel Works», Chelyabinsk Electrode Plant, «Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling Plant».
