For more than 40 years, Milan"s Salone del Mobile has set the standard for international design. Salone del Mobile began in 1961 as a strictly mercantile fair, but the group of exhibitors known collectively as i Saloni, has since become the premiere event for designers, architects and trend-setters. Exhibitors come not just to sell merchandise but to present their vision of the future.

 

I Saloni WorldWide Moscow is a joint initiative of Federlegno-Arredo and Cosmit, who have decided to pool their respective strenghts (the first as a federation of the leading manufacturers in the field, the second as a preeminent trade fair organizer), in order to expand the horizons of the Italian furnishing sector towards a broader international market. Moscow also expresses the best of thet nations"s furniture production and design. There, I Saloni WorldWide feature every year a wide range of furnishings of the most innovative contemporary design, produced by the most important Italian manufacturers.
