The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation jointly with the Moscow Business Association with support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the RF will carry out the Forth International Forum-Exhibition GOSZAKAZ 2009 in Moscow on March 23—25. The Forum-Exhibition GOSZAKAZ is the only annual international event organized with support of the Government of the Russian Federation in order to assist developing reliable and transparent system for state and municipal procurements as well as to increase the quality of executing works by inviting the Russian and foreign companies on the competitive basement.
The participation of the official delegations and demonstrating the expositions of the leading producers, middle and small-sized companies as well as federal and municipal customers from more then 50 Regions of the Russian Federation are planned within the framework of the thematic program «GOSZAKAZ for the RUSSIAN REGIONS». For the first time, apart from the traditional sections demonstrating the achievements of the Russian companies in realization of the Priority National Projects in the field of Public health, Education, Civil Construction and Agriculture, the special section devoted to the Sochi Olympic Games 2014 will be presented at the Exhibition. The main distinction of the coming Forum-Exhibition is that there will be a unique possibility for participation not only for the Russian state bodies, companies and scientific centers, but also for the foreign suppliers and service’s providers for the federal and municipal needs.
The main purpose of the exposition to be presented by the foreign participants is to demonstrate investment potential and specific projects realized by means of the Russian and foreign capital in different fields of the Russian economy and to create an efficient partnership mechanism between the foreign participants of the Government Contractual Work System and the Russian Region’s administrations. The foreign participants will have a unique possibility to familiarize in detail with the specific conditions and mechanisms of the purchase within the framework of the Government Contractual Work System.
