The latest developments in the architecture, design development and construction will be presented at the II-nd Exhibition GARAGE & PARKING. The number of cars has skyrocketed, and this trend has caused major problems in cities. Cars parked in precincts, on pavements and lawns….this is what we can see in any major city in Europe. Moscow is just the case.
 Moscow authorities have declared war to illegal parking lots. Instead, construction of garages is proposed on the sites where any capital construction used to be prohibited. Now garages may be constructed both above and underneath railroads, Garden Ring tunnels and subway security zones. Until now temporary open-air parking lots were authorized there. Besides, the Government of Moscow has also adopted a city program that consists in removal of private garages and construction of multi-level parking lots.
