Выставка Bakery and Pastry Expo & Coffe Expo

The exhibition  is held annually with the  support of the Department  on bakeries of the Ministry of Agriculture and the foodstuffs of Byelorussia, the Ministry of Trade of Byelorussia, the Scientifically-practical centre of National academy of sciences of Byelorussia on the foodstuffs, International industrial academies (Russia), the Russian bakers" union, the Mogilyov state university of the foodstuffs, the Moscow state university of the food-processing industry, Central administrative board of the consumer market of Mingorispolkom.

 

Delegations of bakers and confectioners will take part in the  exhibition and business actions organized during the exhibition from Russia, Ukraine, Kirghizia, Austria, Lithuania, Italy, Sweden and other countries. Also there will be held a number of business meetings where the course pressing questions of branch development will be discussed, arrangements on the exchange of experience and mutually advantageous cooperation will be reached.
The exposition includes the broadest assortment of  breads, breads with various additives, sweets flour bakeries , sugar, spice-cakes, cookies, the test frozen preparations and half-finished products, pancakes with every possible stuffings, pizzas and many other things. Numerous colourful compositions from the test, caramels, mastic and the chocolate, executed by professionals of high level will surprise and will draw visitors" attention.
