With a view of popularization of national art crafts of Russia during from April, 22 till April, 26th, 2009 in territory of the All-Russia Exhibition Centre in pavilion 69 the Festival of national masters and artists of Russia will be spent. The basic purpose of Festival is revival of traditions of a folk art, assistance to an establishment of direct trade and economic relations between regions of Russia, expansion of commodity markets of production, training and consultations of experts, popularization of a folk art.
