The exhibition Sirha is held each two years with the support of the Government of France. For the first time the exhibition took place in 1983. Already since this moment the exhibition has started to be perceived as large event of the international value as represents restaurant business, according to one of the key moments of the exhibition national registration and kitchen of each country-participant - France, Italy, Greece, Poland, Bulgaria, Norway, Switzerland, Denmark, the Great Britain.
 
Organizers of the exhibition Sirha are creating rather favorable atmosphere for conclusion of favourable contracts with the best cooks and confectioners of Europe. Designers and experts in the field of services can prompt use of certain technologies for coming undone of new hotels, restaurants and entertainment places. In the end of the exhibition Sirha there will take place a number of rewardings of representatives of the best institutions in Europe which will correspond to criteria and requirements of modern service.
