Shop. Hotel. Restaurant is an interregional trade fair that has as its main goal showcasing the best of the catering industry — new goods and services, technologies and equipment for shopping facilities, hotels and restaurants. The exhibition also aims at establishing and strengthening economic ties between Russian regions, creating favourable conditions for business transactions.

’Belexpocenter’ exhibition hall is launching a large-scale advertising campaign in the media of Belgorod Oblast and other regions of the country. Shop. Hotel. Restaurant trade fair will feature the following events:

• ’Art-class’ regional contest for ’the Best Restaurant of Belgorod Oblast — 2008’ award, organized by Belgorod Oblast Department of Economic Development
• Seminars, roundtables, business meetings, demonstrations held by exhibiting companies

Among the exhibitors of Shop. Hotel. Restaurant trade fair are manufacturers of equipment, materials and fittings for shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes, companies and organizations working in the sphere of catering and accommodation, manufacturers of consumer goods, suppliers, wholesale companies.
