V All-Russia Conference "MIS system of cooperation between the authorities and society in Russia (to 130 anniversary of the Chief of the prison administration). During the conference are invited to discuss the next round of problems:
1. History and development of prison authorities and institutions 2. Relations between society and the penitentiary system 3. Value formal ethics and aesthetics with the prison subculture 4. The spiritual and moral aspects of service in law enforcement 5. Role of NGOs and the media in reporting and implementation of modern forms of MIS CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION The conference is a part-time form. Abstracts and articles, as well as the application for participation in the conference must be given within up to 1 February 2009 to the beginning of the conference is planned to publish the materials. Requirements for publication: the amount of text no more than 7 pages. Text format: Word for Windows - 95 \ 97 \ 2000. Page format: A 4, Field: 20 mm on each side. Font: size (size) - 14 Times New Roman, spacing - 1,5, width adjustment. Moved to be absent. Links to sources and literature automatically at the end of the text, size, size - 12. Permitted schemes, drawings, photographs. Articles sent by e-mail as an attached file, or to bring to the Academy to the department of philosophy and history in electronic and printed form. The application must contain the author's name, position and place of employment, academic degree and academic title, topic name, address or telephone number of the author, as well as a form of participation (full time / correspondence). In the case of full-time participation please check whether the need for meeting and hotel bookings. Please inform in advance of the arrival and the need for hotel reservation.
