Moscow International Book exhibition-fair MIBF today is  the most representative and scale book forum in Russia. For domestic scribes MIBF has been the most considerable event of the year for already thirty years, it  is visiting constantly to adjust new and support old contacts, sell or buy books and the rights to the edition, explore the situation around the book publishing branch. This is the  professional action, so that the participation will be a necessary component of development of the market.

  

Moscow international book exhibition-fair MIBF 2011 will gathe more than 2789 publishing, libraries, high schools, cultural centres from 82 countries of the world (Albania, Andorra, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Australia, Egypt, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, China, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, the Great Britain, Guatemala, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Canada, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Croatia, Cuba, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Moldova, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Austria, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia and Montenegro, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Southern Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Czechia, Tunis, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, the USA, Vatican, Venezuela, the United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, Belarus. ). For the first time the exhibition will take place in six pavilions on the area of 33 500 sq. metres.

   

With the invitation of Organizing committee of the MIBF 2011  writers of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Uzbekistan, Estonia become visitors of the exhibition. The international program shows the main  presentations with participation of embassies of Sweden, Israel, Cuba, India, the USA, Ireland, Hungary, the Russian Federation; a round table «Translators - culture explorers»; presentation «the International experience of sale of book production with application of information technologies»; numerous meetings with foreign writers.
