The exhibition Istanbul Food-Tech is held annually and it is the large industrial event, showing technologies of preparation of half-finished products, cultivation of vegetables and fruits, baking and conservation. The main question of the exposition and seminars of Istanbul Food-Tech will be sanitary norms, materials and equipment for hygiene of premises and the equipment for food manufacture. At the exhibition Istanbul Food-Tech ripe fruit and vegetables, dietary production, pasta, rice, sauces and spices also will be presented. Besides, visitors of the exhibition can familiarise with the menu of the international restaurants and services of trading associations who are going to represent their production. The exposition accompanies the wide entertaining program: performances of local actors, displays of culinary skill the head cook, games and competitions for valuable prizes.

                    

At the seminars and conferences of Istanbul Food-Tech devoted to innovative food technologies, the equipment and sanitary norms, among the presented countries will be  Germany, Austria, Belgium, China, Brazil, France, England, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Holland, Spain, Thailand, Poland, Turkey, the USA. The exhibition is intended for the professionals who are engaged in food production and for culinary specialists-fans. In a current of 3 days they can familiarise with novelties in the sphere of the goods and services of food branch from the leading companies of the countries of Europe and Asia. In 2009 it is expected about 5 thousand visitors. Among specialised events especially it is necessary to note professional tasting of foodstuff and alcoholic drinks, and display of t new equipment.
