New products for tools and equipment for welding, measuring and testing equipment, professional power and DIY tools, innovative technologies from 11 countries, exciting presentations of power tools used for different purposes, round tables to discuss challenges facing the industry… Crocus Expo exhibition venue in Moscow welcomed the most dynamic international show for the tool industry in Russia – INTERTOOL Moscow with all these and much more on display for visitors attention.

The organizers of the 11th edition of the exhibition – international companies Reed Exhibitions (Russia) and ITE Moscow – chose the new venue after consultations with the major market players and based on previous experience of b2b shows. Moving the event to the best in Russia and Eastern Europe exhibition complex has given INTERTOOL the look and feel of a truly international event.

 

In 2008 on the total space of 16 800 sqm 362 companies, including 258 from abroad, presented their latest products and technologies. According to the official audit 4,218 professionals visited the event during its four days with 96% being top trade professionals. In keeping with international best practice, the organizers chose an auditing company with an excellent reputation to supply the industry with precise show statistics unlike other national exhibition operators who cannot guarantee the reliability of such information. Visitors at the previous edition of INTERTOOL outnumbered this year’s event but in 2007 the share of professional visitors was estimated at 68%. So the new organizers managed to keep their promise and improved the quality of visiting audience significantly, transforming INTERTOOL into a high quality b2b event.
