VII International Industry Fair bakers, confectioners, Chocolates, Ice Cream & Refrigeration FIPACH 2008 will be held 15—18 November in Santiago. This Biennial Exhibition will bring together 140 companies from 10 countries representing the best brands, products and technologies in the baking industry, cakes, chocolates, ice cream and cooling. With a space of 7,500 square meters, Fipach 2006 again will be the scene of a growing and attractive market for more than 100 million people of Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.
