The international Forum «the Dairy Industry» is the only thing in Russia the specialized action defining strategy of development dairy, oil — and сыродельной the industries, dairy animal industries. At the Forum the fullest review of innovations and achievements of branch is presented. The Forum represents participants and visitors a unique opportunity of an establishment of direct contacts to experts from all regions of Russia, the countries of near and far abroad. The sated business program of the Forum includes tastings, competitions, excursions on the dairy enterprises and farms of Moscow and the Moscow area. The important event of the Forum is spent under aegis of the Dairy Union scientifically-practical conference.

At seminars pressing questions of development of the dairy industry are discussed, listeners get acquainted with modern lines and the technologies, the new equipment for the enterprises of dairy branch.
